Weight Watchers UK. Weight loss dietary supplements
Weight Watchers is a long-established and one of the most successful diet organizations in the world and in the UK.
Founded in the early 1960s by Jean Indict, from Queens, New York, it has been helping for more than 40 years over 30 million people achieve their goals of weight loss, globally. Its members are millions.
Weight Watchers
company is based on the principle that the best way to control weight is to be able to eat normal food and talk to people who can understand and support each other.
Four years after its New York launch, the first Weight Watchers meeting in the United Kingdom was held near Windsor. Since then the UK company has continued to expand. Thousands of meetings are now held each week by Weight Watchers Leaders who have also lost weight successfully with Weight Watchers.
In Britain, in a recent female internet poll 9 out of 10 women considered themselves overweight and recent TGI research showed that 43% of British women are either on a diet or looking for a diet.
One survey of successful dieters found that many used organized programmes such as Weight Watchers to lose weight.
Weight Watchers United Kingdom offers a range of products and services designed to suit each individual lifestyle. It has launched a new Switch programme, which recognises that everyone is different and finds flexible, healthy food plans to adapt to each person. You can choose what works best for you.
It is a clever, one-step-at-a-time approach, with possibility of changes at every step of the way towards the goals you have set for yourself. Small positive changes to the way you think and behave can make a big difference to your weight loss success. You also learn from successful dieters as you continue to find new strategies and solutions to stay in control of your weight for good.

Group meetings led by an experienced member often help a weight-loss programme to succeed by offering dieters practical advice, consistent motivation, and the opportunity to share experiences with other like-minded people and to support each other.
Research (*) indicates that participating in Weight Watchers is more effective than a “do-it-yourself” diet programme, and that long-term weight maintenance is more successful with Weight Watchers than is reported for most dieters.
Put simply, it is easier to lose weight in a healthy way and keep it off with Weight Watchers.
Weight Watchers UK
offers a flexible step-by-step food plan, support meetings, and an emphasis on sensible eating and healthful lifestyle habits, including regular exercise. In the food plan, all foods are assigned point values according to fat, calorie, and fibre content. Each member is given a daily range of allowed points, and no foods are prohibited as long as dieters don't exceed the daily or weekly point maximum. Increasing exercise allows a member to earn more points for additional daily point allowances.
Unlike many of the current fashionable diet fads such as low-carb and similar, this long-established diet program with a proven record is recognised as safe and healthy, and has encountered no opposition or criticism from the medical authorities. On the contrary, this diet resembles the typical low-fat, “heart healthy” diet advocated by many governments health authorities and medical organizations.
